Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.
THE PROMOTER: Brioche Pasquier UK whose registered office is 8 Garamonde Drive, Wymbush, Milton Keynes, MK8 8DF.
Promotion Administrator: Once Upon a Time Marketing, 17 Bowling Green Lane, London, EC1R 0QB.
- This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Brioche Pasquier UK (or family members of employees), and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
- Purchase is necessary. Please retain photo of promotional packaging and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive the Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
- Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
Promotional Period: Purchase a Promotional Product (see clause 6 for a list of promotional packs) and enter between 00:01 on the 13th July 2026 and 23:59 on 4th October 2026.
Weekly Draw Dates: The opening and closing dates and times for each weekly draw are as follows:

How to Enter:
- Entrants are required to purchase a promotional pack of Brioche Pasquier Pitch Chocolate Filled, Chocolate Chip or Blueberry (6 pack) [see clause 6 for a list of promotional packs] during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
- Visit www.pitch-win.co.uk, enter your full name, email address and the 12-digit batch code found in the white box at the bottom of the back of your promotional pack during the Promotional Period in order to enter the corresponding weekly Prize Draw.
- Winners will be required to keep the packaging with the winning code and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, as proof to validate winning the Prize may be requested.
- Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
- Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries/claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries/ claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- There is no limit to the number of times someone can enter the promotion during the Promotional Period. Onen unique batch code and itemised receipt required per entry. Each itemised receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time and be within the Promotional Period. Max 1 Weekly Prize per person, per household.

Winner Selection:
36 provisional winners per week will be randomly selected from all entries received during the relevant Weekly Prize Draw period. 2 reserve winners per prize, per week will also be selected using the same methodology. The Weekly Prize Draw will be conducted by an independent third party within 5 days of the relevant Weekly Prize Draw’s closing date (see clause 4.1 for Weekly Draw Dates. For your total confidence, each Weekly Prize Draw will be conducted by an independent party.
Winner Notification:
Provisional winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entry within 5 days of the Weekly Prize Draw closing date and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve winner may have less time to respond. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including junk folders.
The Prizes:
There are 432 prizes available to be won during the Main Promotion Period (36 prizes per week). Each winner will win 1 of the following Prizes:
- 216 x Merlin Gift Cards, each for the value of £160
- 216 x Digital Mastercards, each for the value of £25
Prize Descriptions / details:
Merlin Gift Cards:
- The family theme park tickets for 4 will be provided as a pre-paid digital Merlin Gift Card to the value of £160.
- The Merlin Gift Card is a prepaid Mastercard that can be used online to purchase admission tickets, short breaks, fastrack and VIP experiences on each of the attraction’s websites. A comprehensive list of participating attractions can be found at www.merlingiftcard.co.uk
- Please note that the Gift Card cannot be used in-person at any of Merlin’s attractions, and must be spent online via the specific attraction’s websites.
- A link to activate the digital Merlin Gift Card will be provided via email to the winner once they have confirmed acceptance of their prize.
- The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen or fraudulently used cards.
- The Merlin attractions that are part of the Merlin Gift Card are: Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Warwick Castle, DreamWorks Tours Shrek's Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, the London Eye, London Eye River Cruise, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre (Birmingham, Manchester), SEA LIFE Centres & Sanctuaries based in the UK (Birmingham, Blackpool, Bray, Brighton, Great Yarmouth, Loch Lomond, London, Manchester, Hunstanton, Scarborough, Weymouth), The Dungeons (London, Edinburgh, York, Blackpool) based in the UK, Cadbury World and The Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse. (All of these attractions shall be collectively referred to as "Attractions" and "Attraction" shall be interpreted accordingly). We update our list of participating attractions on a regular basis, but are unable to guarantee that the list is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to withdraw or change the range of attractions available at any time and without prior notification.
Using your Gift Card:
Please follow the below steps when redeeming your Merlin Gift Card:
- You can only use your gift card for the whole value of the transaction. Part payment is not possible for online purchases.
- Please visit the website of your chosen attraction e.g. Alton Towers Resort.
- Add products to your cart, for example admission tickets or a hotel stay.
- Upon checkout, select ‘pay by credit/debit card’ option and select Mastercard for the card type.
- Enter the 16-digit card number and pin code supplied via email.
- The expiry date will be the ‘online code’ number which will be on the back of the card.
- Enter all other details required and then simply confirm your order!
- Your Card can only be used for purchasing goods and services at participating Merchants, however, like any payment card we cannot guarantee that an attraction will accept the Gift Card. The list of participating Merchants and how they accept the Gift Card (in store, online or by phone) may change from time to time.
- Once you have made a purchase with your selected attraction, you are bound by the terms and conditions of that attraction.
- As you use the Gift Card, the Available Balance will be reduced by the full amount of each purchase including taxes, charges and other fees, if applicable.
- The Gift Card can be used to pay the full amount of the purchase and applicable taxes, if Available Balance on the Gift Card is sufficient. If the amount of Available Balance is not sufficient to complete the transaction, the transaction will be declined. Please be aware that you may not usually stop a transaction once it has been authorised. You will be responsible for all transactions where you authorise such transactions, regardless of the manner of such transaction.
- We may refuse to execute a transaction if the transaction is unlawful, fraudulent, or you do not have sufficient Available Balance. If we refuse to execute a transaction, you can check the balance checker on the Merlin Gift Card website at https://www.merlingiftcard.co.uk/balance-checker to ensure there was enough Available Balance to cover the transaction, or can ask us why we have not executed a transaction by contacting Customer Services. Unless the law prevents us, we will explain why and we will also tell you what you can do to correct any errors in the transaction.
- Please bear in mind that many sites won’t deduct payment until goods are dispatched so please be aware of these variances when checking your Available Balance and ensure that you always have sufficient Available Balance to cover your purchases.
- When you use the Gift Card, the Merchant should provide you with a receipt. Please check the receipt to verify the transaction amount. If the amount is incorrect, you should notify the Merchant to correct the error. If you have a problem with a purchase or a dispute with a Merchant, you must deal directly with the Merchant. Furthermore, any returns or exchanges will be governed by the policies of the Merchant and applicable law.

Digital Mastercards:
- The £25 cash prizes will be provided as a pre-paid digital Mastercard.
- A link to activate the digital Mastercard will be provided via email to the winner once they have confirmed acceptance of their prize.
- The card can be used for any online payments where Mastercard is accepted.
- The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen or fraudulently used cards.
- Prizes will be fulfilled via email within 28 days of valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
- The Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
- Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the Headline Prize winners will be made available by sending an email to [email protected] within three months of the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. The winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing [email protected] before the promotion closing date, 4th October 2026. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
- The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and/or that they are not employed by the Promoter or its Agent) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, corrupted or affected the administration, security or integrity of the Promotion, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
- In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
- No responsibility can be taken for entries or winning claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the web page.
- The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.
- Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless the entrants’ positive consent has been obtained. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.pasquier.fr/en_uk/page/privacy-policy. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the Promotional Period before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, be sending an email to [email protected]. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
- If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
- By entering this Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.
