Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

THE PROMOTER: Brioche Pasquier UK whose registered office is 8 Garamonde Drive, Wymbush, Milton Keynes, MK8 8DF.

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Brioche Pasquier UK (or family members of employees), and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain photo of promotional packaging and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive the Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.

4. Promotional Period: Purchase a Promotional Product (see clause 6 for a list of promotional packs) and enter between 00:01 on the 23rd June 2025 and 23:59 on 14th September 2025.

4.1. Draw Dates: The opening and closing dates and times for each weekly draw are as follows:

5. To enter:

  1. Purchase necessary for both the Headline Prize and Weekly Prize Draws
  2. Entrants are required to purchase a promotional pack of Brioche Pasquier Pitch Chocolate Filled or Chocolate Chip (6 pack) [see clause 6 for a list of promotional packs] during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Purchase”)
  3. Headline Prize entry: Find a winning ‘Yes Day’ ticket in a promotional pack of Pitch Chocolate Filled or Chocolate Chip 6-pack to win. Follow the instructions on the winning ticket and visit www.pitch-win.co.uk to enter the unique code printed on your ticket within 1 month of the close of the Promotional Period to claim. Winners will be required to keep their ‘Yes Day’ ticket and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, as proof to validate winning the Prize may be requested. Each winning code is unique and can only be used once.
  4. Weekly Prize Draw: Visit www.pitch-win.co.uk, enter your full name, email address and the 11-digit batch code found in the white box at the bottom of the back of your promotional pack during the Promotional Period in order to enter the corresponding weekly Prize Draw. Winners will be required to keep the packaging with the winning code and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, as proof to validate winning the Prize may be requested.

5.1. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

5.2. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

5.3. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries/claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries/ claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

5.4. There is no limit to the number of times someone can enter the promotion during the Promotional Period. One unique itemised receipt required per entry. Each itemised receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time and be within the Promotional Period. Max 1 Weekly Prize per person, per household.

7. Winner Selection:

7.1. Headline Prize: Entrants who find 1 of the 25 winning tickets must visit www.pitch-win.co.uk to enter the unique code printed on their ticket for verification within 1 month of the close of the Promotional Period. Any winning tickets found after this date will be declared null and void.

7.2. Weekly Prize Draw: 18 provisional winners per week will be randomly selected from all entries received during the relevant Weekly Prize Draw period. The Weekly Prize Draw will be conducted by an independent third party within 7 days of the relevant Weekly Prize Draw’s closing date.

8. Winner Notification:

  1. Headline Prize Winners: Winners will be contacted via email and sent a questionnaire to enable us to create a custom family ‘Yes’ day within 7 days of valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
  2. Weekly Draw Winners: Provisional winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the Weekly Prize Draw closing date and will be asked to provide proof of identity (passport, driving license or equivalent form of identification that clearly shows the winner’s date of birth) within 14 days of initial winning notification. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. In the event that they do not respond in time, reject their prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology. The process will repeat twice, at which point any unclaimed prizes will be declared null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including junk folders.

9. The Prizes:

Headline Prize: 25 x Custom Family ‘Yes’ Days with a value of up to £500 each

  1. The custom ‘Yes’ Day will be provided in the form of digital vouchers for activities the winner has selected from the available options
  2. Each voucher is valid for a maximum of 4 people. Where a family package is offered, this assumes 2 adults and 2 children (aged 2-17 years) traveling together.
  3. Some activities and experiences may be seasonal or available only on specific dates. Winners will be made aware of any exclusion dates for any of their chosen activities once their custom ‘Yes Day’ has been finalised.
  4. Certain destinations may require a local tourist tax, which is payable locally in cash and is the responsibility of the winner.
  5. Transport between the winner’s home and the airport/destination is not included and must be arranged by the winner.
  6. Any costs not explicitly stated in the prize description will be at the winner’s expense. This includes, but is not limited to, transfers to the UK airport, meals, drinks, visas, and gratuities.
  7. Should the winner wish to add additional people, or other upgrades, they may do so at an additional cost. Cloud Nine will provide pricing details before booking, but we will not engage in discussions regarding cost comparisons or external rates
  8. Some activities and experiences may have specific age, height, weight, or health restrictions.
  9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the prize.
  10. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Weekly Prizes: There are a total of 216 digital Mastercards, each for the value of £25 available to be won during the Promotional Period, 18 per Weekly Prize Draw. Mastercards will be fulfilled via email within 28 days of valid claim and the completion of the verification process.

The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

10. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the Headline Prize winners will be made available by sending an email to [email protected] within three months of the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. The winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing [email protected] before the promotion closing date, 14th September 2025. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

11. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

12. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and/or that they are not employed by the Promoter or its Agent) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, corrupted or affected the administration, security or integrity of the Promotion, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

14. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

15. No responsibility can be taken for entries or winning claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the web page.

16. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

17. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

18. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.

19. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless the entrants’ positive consent has been obtained. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.pasquier.fr/en_uk/page/privacy-policy. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the Promotional Period before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, be sending an email to [email protected]. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

20. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

21. By entering this Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

22. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.
